Please Note:
1) All reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
2) There is a deposit at time of booking: $20 for sites, $25 for Cabins, $75 for Loft nightly booking and $250 for Loft weekly booking. If booking is cancelled this deposit booking fee is non-refundable.
3) Somers by the Beach has a 7-DAY cancellation policy for camp sites. A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 NIGHT stay minus the booking fee will apply if not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
4) Somers by the Beach has a 14-DAY cancellation policy for cabins and loft. A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 NIGHT stay minus the booking fee will apply if not cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
5) No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
6) Cancellations due to weather: Owners will make a decision at the time according to the weather alert statement.
7) Any portion of your stay must be cancelled within the cancellation period stated above. For Example: Cancelling any days of your stay upon your arrival.
